In 2017, Chantal Melanson & Austin Monfort were both in Las Vegas for the Route 91 Harvest must festival. The two instantly hit it off, attended the festival together and stayed by each other’s side through the Las Vegas mass shooting. After that night, Chantal, who lived in Canada, & Austin, who lived in California, continued talking via FaceTime and fell in love. A year and half later, Austin popped the question & the two married back in November of 2019 but hope to return to Las Vegas once the coronavirus pandemic is over.
