We know back in April of 2024 Morgan Wallen got himself into some trouble at Eric Church’s bar “Cheif’s” in downtown Nashville, TN.

Morgan allegedly threw a chair off the rooftop bar, when ended up landing right near two police officers.

At first Wallen was charges with three counts of felony reckless endangerment and one count disorderly conduct.

Recently all of Wallen’s charges were reduced to misdemeanors.

On December 12th, 2024, Wallen attended his official hearing at the Davidson County Criminal Court.

According to Whiskey Riff, he was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in jail on each count… BUT…

All days were suspended except seven, so Morgan was officially sentenced to serve 7 days in a DUI education center.

He will be on supervised probation for 2 years to serve out the rest of his sentencing.

Wallen did not speak to the media or share a public statement about his sentencing.

Whew! We love you Morgan!
