The Tennessee State Fair this year is August 15th through the 24th in Wilson County.
We all know of the typical fair contests such as pageants, baking, and more.
This year we discovered something we’ve never heard or seen before but it caught our eye.
You can enter to win the “Husband Calling” contest at the TN State Fair.
The contest consists of anyone going on stage to call their husband.
Posted on the Tennessee State Fair website are the rules for the contest, here they are:
- Open to all Husband calling fair-goers.
- Register online or in-person at the time of the event.
- Wear your best husband calling outfit.
- You have one minute to call your husband.
- No profanity please.
The 1st place winner gets $30, 2nd place gets $20 and 3rd place gets $15.
Oddly enough, there is even a mom calling contest!!
We just love the great state of Tennessee!
