A painting in the National Gallery has thrown people through a loop after a mom and her daughter spotted what appeared to be a Nike shoe.
The painting was painted by Dutch Master Ferdinand Bol in the 17th century. The painting is of an eight-year-old boy standing in the foreground holding a goblet, which he rest on a table with a red cloth.
However, spectators can’t help but notice the boys boots look like they have the Nike swoosh logo on the side…. even though the painting was created more than 300 years before Nike was founded.
